Cancellation & Refunds
 

1) Scope

Applies to tickets purchased via our website, on-ground box office, or authorized partners in India.
 

2) Ticket Changes & Cancellations (Customer-initiated)

  • Free reschedule (1 time): Up to 24 hours before your booked slot, subject to availability.

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before your booked slot → 100% refund.

  • Late cancellation:

    • 24–48 hours prior → 50% refund.

    • <24 hours / No-show / Late arrival → Non-refundable.

  • Add-ons/combos follow the ticket’s rules unless noted otherwise.
     

3) Organizer Changes (Our side)

  • If a day/slot is cancelled by us (technical, safety, permissions), choose full refund (ticket price incl. taxes) or free reschedule.

  • If postponed, your ticket remains valid; if the new date doesn’t suit, you may request a full refund.
     

4) Weather & Safety

  • The attraction may pause/close for severe weather or safety advisories.

  • If closure exceeds 30 minutes and you cannot attend later the same day, you may reschedule or request a full refund.


5) Refund Method & Timelines

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Typical timelines after approval: UPI/Wallets 2–4 business days; Cards/Net-banking 5–7; International cards 10–15.

  • Bank/gateway charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation is by us.


6) Third-Party / Mall / Travel Partners

  • Tickets bought via a partner are subject to that partner’s policy; contact them directly. We’ll assist with verification.


7) Group, School & Corporate Bookings

  • Custom/bulk bookings may have separate terms in the proforma/contract.

  • Unless stated otherwise: 25% advance is non-refundable; balance follows Section 2.
     

8) Ticket Transfers

  • Name changes: allowed once up to 24 hours before the slot (free). Time/date changes follow reschedule rules.

9) Entry Rules Affecting Refunds

  • Late arrival (beyond 10-min grace), damaged tickets, or safety rule violations may result in denied entry without refund.

  • Please review posted height/age/safety restrictions before purchase.
     

10) How to Request

Email info@thebigdragon.com with Order ID, Name, Email, Date/Slot, and reason. Most cases are resolved within 48 hours.
 

11) Policy Updates & Governing Law

We may update this policy periodically; the latest version will appear on our website. Governed by Indian law (jurisdiction: Delhi NCR).
